Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
In case your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment or credit card within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you are yet to receive a refund and the payment was processed through your bank account, kindly get in touch with your bank. Refunds may take some time to be posted due to processing procedures. In the case of credit card payments, please contact the company; it might take a while before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items
Regular and sale-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
Items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9801 Apollo Drive, Suite 7797, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
